Influencer Terms

These Influencer Terms govern your participation in the PokeRoll influencer program. They apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to bind you as a user of the platform. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms, these Influencer Terms control for matters specific to the program. By accepting an invite code or being verified as an influencer, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & Verification

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have an active PokeRoll account in good standing.
  • You must maintain an active public social presence (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, X, or similar) where you create Pokémon, TCG, or collectibles-related content.
  • Verification is at PokeRoll's sole discretion. We may request proof of ownership of the channel or handle, government ID, or content samples.
  • Verified status unlocks revenue share, free-pack allotments, and shipping eligibility for influencer-program features.
  • We may revoke verification at any time, as set out in the Suspension, Revocation & Forfeiture section below.

Invite Codes & Free Pack Allotments

  • Each influencer receives one or more invite codes tied to specific packs and free-pack counts, configured by PokeRoll.
  • Invite codes are non-transferable. You may share them publicly with your audience but you may not sell, trade, or assign them to another person or business.
  • Free packs delivered through your invite allotment are promotional. Per our Terms of Service, cards pulled from promotional openings cannot be shipped and sell back at a capped rate of 10% of market value.
  • We may pause, disable, or change the pack tied to an invite code at any time. Already-redeemed packs are not retroactively affected.

Revenue Share

  • Verified influencers earn a percentage of qualifying net revenue generated by users who sign up using their invite code.
  • The exact percentage is set by PokeRoll on a per-influencer basis, is visible on your influencer dashboard, and may be updated by mutual agreement.
  • Qualifying revenue means real-money pack purchases and store-credit top-ups made by referred users, net of refunds, chargebacks, and fraud-related reversals.
  • The following do not generate revenue share: free packs, packs paid with promotional credit, sell-back transactions, shipping fees, self-referrals, and any purchases by an account you operate or control.
  • Revenue share is calculated on a calendar-month basis, based on transactions that settled within that month.

Payouts

  • Payouts are processed monthly, on a rolling basis, with no minimum threshold. We aim to settle each month's accrued balance within the following calendar month.
  • Payouts are processed manually by PokeRoll. The payment method (PayPal, Stripe, wire, or another mutually agreed channel) is coordinated with you in advance.
  • All payouts are made in USD. You bear any currency conversion or recipient-side fees imposed by your bank, PayPal, or other intermediary.
  • You are solely responsible for all taxes on amounts you receive, including reporting income to your local tax authority. PokeRoll does not collect tax forms (such as W-9 or W-8BEN), does not withhold taxes, and does not issue 1099 or equivalent statements. You agree to indemnify PokeRoll against any tax liability arising from your earnings.
  • Chargebacks, refunds, and confirmed fraud may be deducted from future payouts.

Required Disclosures

  • You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with PokeRoll in every post, video, stream, or other piece of content that promotes the platform, in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials and any equivalent rules in your jurisdiction.
  • Acceptable disclosures include #ad, #sponsored, or #paid, placed where viewers will see them before engaging with the content (not buried in description tails or behind "more" links).
  • Use platform-native disclosure tools where available (YouTube's "Includes paid promotion" flag, TikTok's Branded Content toggle, Instagram's "Paid Partnership" label, Twitch's Branded Content tag, and similar).
  • These obligations apply to any content where you receive any benefit from PokeRoll — free packs, revenue share, exclusive merch, advance access, and similar — not only contractually required posts.

Promotional Conduct

You may not, in any content promoting PokeRoll:

  • Target an audience that is, or that you have reason to believe skews, under 18. This includes children's channels, school-age short-form formats, and content optimized for under-18 viewers.
  • Frame PokeRoll as gambling, as an investment, or as a way to "make money," and you may not use addiction-style hooks (such as "just one more pack," "chasing losses," or "you can't lose").
  • Misrepresent the identity, terms, or operation of the platform — including faking a partnership scope larger than what we have agreed to, inventing exclusives that do not exist, or claiming PokeRoll endorses content or third parties when it does not.
  • Use PokeRoll trademarks or assets in a way that suggests we created or endorse content that we did not.

Account & Code Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use your own invite code, or arrange for friends, family, or any account you control to use it (self-referral).
  • Sell, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer your invite code or your influencer account.
  • Generate referrals through bot traffic, click farms, incentivized sign-ups, or fake accounts.
  • Permit another person to operate your PokeRoll account.

Suspension, Revocation & Forfeiture

  • PokeRoll may suspend or revoke your influencer status at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Influencer Terms or our general Terms of Service.
  • For-cause termination— breach of these Influencer Terms (including the Required Disclosures, Promotional Conduct, and Account & Code Restrictions sections above) or breach of the general Terms of Service: any unpaid revenue share balance is forfeited, and we may reverse prior payouts attributable to fraudulent referrals.
  • No-cause termination— we end the program, retire your invite code, or end your participation without alleging breach: your accrued revenue share through your last day of participation will be paid out in the next regular monthly cycle.
  • Revocation of influencer status does not terminate your PokeRoll user account; you may continue to use the platform subject to the general Terms of Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Influencer Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account and/or via your influencer dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the program after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, your remedy is to opt out of the program, in which case the no-cause payout treatment described above applies.
