Order Processing
Processing Time
From shipment request to handoff to carrier
When you request a shipment from your binder, we pull your specific cards from the vault, verify their condition, package them securely, and hand them off to the carrier — typically within 24 hours of your request.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather events.
Packaging & Protection
We take card protection seriously. Every shipment is packaged to prevent damage in transit:
Individual Cards
Each card is placed in a penny sleeve, then a semi-rigid toploader, secured with painter's tape to prevent shifting.
Multi-Card Shipments
Toploaders are bundled together with cardboard reinforcement in a padded mailer or small box for larger orders.
High-Value Cards
Cards valued over $50 are shipped in a rigid cardboard box with additional cushioning and require signature on delivery.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured against loss and damage. No additional cost — it's included with every order.

Returns & Refunds
Opened Packs
All pack openings are final and non-refundable. Once a pack is opened, the cards are yours. You can sell them back for store credit at the published sell-back rates.
Shipped Cards
Once cards are shipped, returns are not accepted. If a card arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will issue store credit or a replacement.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your shipment as lost or undelivered after the estimated delivery window, contact us. We will file an insurance claim and either reship the cards or issue store credit.
International Shipping Notes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility
- We declare the actual card market value on customs forms
- Some countries may have restrictions on importing trading cards — please check your local regulations
- International delivery times can vary significantly by country and customs processing speed
