What PokeRoll Is & Isn't

PokeRoll is a card shop that sells randomised packs of real, physical Pokemon TCG cards. Every card you receive has tangible value and can be shipped to your door.

Unlike traditional gambling, there is no "losing" outcome — every pack contains real cards with real market value. You always receive physical goods for your purchase.

That said, we recognise that randomised purchases can carry risks, and we take those risks seriously.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use PokeRoll.

We collect date of birth during registration and reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be suspended and any pending shipments will be cancelled with a full refund issued.

Full Odds Transparency

  • Every pack page displays the complete drop table with exact probabilities for every card before you buy
  • Our provably fair system lets you cryptographically verify that outcomes were not manipulated
  • Card market values are displayed using composite pricing from multiple independent sources
  • Sell-back rates are published and tiered — you always know what your cards are worth to us before you decide

Spending Controls

We encourage all users to set personal spending limits. PokeRoll provides the following tools:

Rate Limits

Built-in rate limits prevent excessive purchasing in short timeframes to protect against impulsive spending.

Opening History

Your full opening history is available in your account, including total spend, so you can track your activity.

Self-Exclusion

Contact support@pokeroll.gg to request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from purchasing.

Account Closure

You can close your account at any time. Remaining cards can be shipped to you and store credit will be forfeited.

  • Spending more than you can comfortably afford
  • Chasing losses by opening more packs to "make up" value
  • Neglecting responsibilities due to time spent on the platform

PokeRoll is restricted to users 18 and older. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately at support@pokeroll.gg. We will suspend the account, cancel any pending shipments, and issue a full refund. We recommend using parental controls on devices to restrict access to age-gated platforms.
